I became an orthopedic surgeon in the first place because it was a career that offered me the opportunity to effect positive changes in people’s lives.  The joy of seeing people get back to doing what makes them happy and productive is what I enjoy most about my profession.”

Dr. Lukas is a graduate of the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School.

Dr. Lukas is a board certified orthopedic surgeon.  His advanced training includes arthroscopic knee and shoulder surgery, minimally invasive techniques for knee and hip replacement and fracture care. He is affiliated with Port Huron Hospital.
