
An experienced physical therapist, Jake is passionate about patient care and ensuring patients get the most out of treatment. His journey began as a physical therapy aide and personal trainer, giving him a strong foundation in patient care. Combining a collaborative approach with a commitment to continuous learning, Jake prioritizes working alongside patients to develop personalized treatment plans that address their specific goals.
The early foundation of personal training and working as a physical therapy aide fueled his passion for patient care, leading him to pursue a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree which he earned at George Fox University in Newburg, Oregon. Prior to that, he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in interdisciplinary studies at Southern Oregon University in Ashland.
Passionate about staying current in his field, Jake holds a certification in the Otago Exercise Program as well as post-graduate coursework in orthopedic manual therapy. His dedication to excellence extends beyond the clinic walls. Jake has worked on the sidelines with North Medford High School varsity football and currently assists with Southern Oregon University Football athletes with Dr. Jones and Richard Lotz, FNP. Jake has volunteered in the past as a coach for Medford American Little League and Medford Youth Football. He has also supported events like Special Olympics. This reflects his belief in the importance of health and wellness for all.
