Meredith Grunden, PA-C

Meredith is an experienced physician assistant specializing in orthopedics/sports medicine. She graduated from Baylor University followed by PA school at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center.

Her experience in orthopedics spans the globe including positions at the Orthopedic Surgery department at the U.S. Navy Hospital and the Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation Clinic for the U.S. Marine Corps, Okinawa, Japan. Meredith also has served as a volunteer with medical missions organizations in Zambia and Cambodia.

She has finished first in multiple triathlons, and enjoys hiking, travel, and outdoor adventures with her husband and two young daughters.
